When searching for kids beds, there are a lot of different kinds to choose from. For babies and infants there are bassinets and cribs. Bassinets are often times more comfortable for newborns as they are not used to being in open spaces. As babies get older they can then be moved to a crib. Some cribs can be converted, as the child grows, into a toddler bed and then to a full-sized bed.
